What you will need:
2 Bananas
4 Large New Generation Eggs
Cinnamon [Optional]
Blueberries [Optional]
Double Cream Plain Yogurt [Optional]
Honey [Optional]
Method:
Mash the bananas
Add the New Generation Eggs and mix with a hand blender
Add cinnamon [Optional]
Put a dash of olive oil in pan and fry like you would a normal pancake on medium heat
Service with blueberry's and honey or a dash of double cream plain yogurt!
