Gluten Free 2 Ingredient Pancakes

New Generation Eggs 2 Ingredient Gluten Free Pancakes

What you will need:

  • 2 Bananas

  • 4 Large New Generation Eggs

  • Cinnamon [Optional]

  • Blueberries [Optional]

  • Double Cream Plain Yogurt [Optional]

  • Honey [Optional]

Method:

  1. Mash the bananas

  2. Add the New Generation Eggs and mix with a hand blender

  3. Add cinnamon [Optional]

  4. Put a dash of olive oil in pan and fry like you would a normal pancake on medium heat

Service with blueberry's and honey or a dash of double cream plain yogurt!
